Most of us would agree that at a first glance the idea of time offers a very subjective and relative connotation, however all our experiences, emotions and future plans are organised in a subconscious manner which cannot exist outside the concept of time and its subdivisions, past, present and future.
How do you know that, when you were a child you used to be scared of the dark? Or how do you know that you are now 36 years and in another 4 years time you will be 40? It’s because you have an inbuilt programme that runs in the background which stores events, feelings, conversations, images, and other memories in a chronological order.
This inbuilt (unconscious) programme sometimes suppresses negative memories as it
knows that you may not be ready or have the resources to deal with them at that given time, but it can also bring them to awareness when it feels that you are ready and capable of confronting them.
Having a programme which is loaded with negative emotional experiences (often from our childhood) means that we might still be living a life dominated by feelings of fear, anger, sadness, anxiety and other emotions that need to be released.
By doing so you can move on, free from your heavy load with recharged energy and valuable new learning, taken from looking at the event(s) that created the feeling in the first place, and by leaving the feeling in the past while using the new learning to help you build you bright future.
