I have just finished reading a great book on confidence, called 'Instant Confidence' by Paul McKenna.
If you are looking for some D.I.Y confidence coaching I recommend you get a copy for yourself but...
Here are my top 3 learnings taken from the book:
- Think of someone who is very confident in a particular area and mimic the way they behave, talk, interact and think.
- Before you have to perform the task or face the situation in which you think you lack confidence, visualise yourself performing the way you would like to handle it.
- Be brave and face your fears because the more you do the more confident you become, confidence is a skill you can learn it.
